Please email for details and prices **What the Price Includes The rental price for the property in high season includes gas, electricity, hot and cold water, final cleaning and the provision of bedlinen and towels (house use only excluding beach and/or pool towels) during peak season. Central heating is charged by the property at a rate of €3.5 per cubic meter of use and guests are reminded to factor this cost in for their stays during low season. For stays of more than one week, the property will be cleaned and a change of linen provided once a week. We ask our guests kindly to leave the property in a reasonable state How to Book or to make further enquiries, please email us with the dates you are interested in renting. We shall then contact you and, should you wish to go ahead with the booking, we shall give you details of how to make the deposit to secure your booking to reserve the property. Payment may be made in either £ Sterling or € Euros. Our booking form should be returned to us within 10 days either with the deposit monies or whilst the transfer of the deposit is made
